#4 Head Repair

The Pulsafeeder K4PHC1 repair kit contains a variety of repair parts commonly needed for maintenance and upkeep at your car wash! The Keep On Pumping Kit lives up to its name - ensure one is on hand at all times and you'll always be ready to go. This kit includes CSPE seats and O-rings, and is designed for use with head size #4 Pulsafeeders. Each KOP package contains:

  • (1) Glass Filled Polypropylene head
  • (4) Pump head screws and washers
  • (1) Discharge valve assembly
  • (1) Suction valve assembly
  • (1) Diaphragm
  • (1) Deflection plate
  • (2) Shims
  • (1) Secondary seal
  • CSPE (Hypalon) seats and O-rings
  • Ceramic valve ball
  • Connection tubing (0.25" x 0.38")
