This motor is totally enclosed and non-ventilated to withstand washdowns typically experienced in car washes. Corrosion resistance is provided by a stainless-steel constructed frame, conduit box, mounting base, hardware and endshields. Motor is constructed to be 100% paint-free. At the end of each endshield a one-way condensation drain is found which allows draining.
