The 509 model from the 5 series is an ideal triplex plunger pump option for car wash applications where efficiency, durability, corrosion resistance and long lifespan are crucial. This pump has a 22mm shaft and handles a maximum pressure of 1200 PSI. This is the left shaft version of the 508 model (508L), but a right shaft version (508R) is available.

1200 PSI Arimitsu Plunger Pump with Left Shaft
The Arimitsu 508L Plunger Pump is a left-handed shaft triplex pump ideal for dual gun units in bay and prep station car wash applications. It features a balanced crankcase that offers incredibly smooth and quiet operation. Its forged brass manifold is machined to deliver consistent liquid flow and excellent corrosion resistance. Additionally, it has valve assemblies constructed with stainless steel to handle high temperatures and harsh chemicals. Ceramic plungers are made with a proprietary blend of materials to provide increased thermal shock resistance and longer life. It handles a maximum pressure of 1200 PSI, flow rate of 8 GPM, and speed of 950 RPM.
