The Operator Pro Plus 8-Bay System is a self-contained car wash pumping system that completely services eight self-serve bays, facilitating fluid chemical delivery in under 7 seconds! Stainless steel construction, compact size, and energy-efficient variable frequency drives make it an obvious choice for any modern car wash looking to boost revenue and reduce cost of operation.
The system comes with trusted CAT pumps, reliable 3HP direct drive motors, and accurate Dosatron chemical dispensers. With these components included, you can offer both high-pressure and low-pressure functions in wash bays. Stainless steel solenoid blocks add to its reliable design. Pre-plumbing and prewiring simplify installation. Spot-free rinse delivery is included, as well as spare contacts for items like air dryers.
Your meter/coin box must be equipped with these items to use the Operator Pro Plus System. If your box does not already have these items, they must be purchased separately.
Operator Pro Plus systems are part of the Kleen-Rite Equipment line. Design and assembly are done in-house by car wash experts. This close relationship to the development and production of the systems means you get more reasonable lead times for builds, valuable advice on the best system for your needs, smoother customization if needed, installation guidance, and technical assistance once installed.
One of the major highlights of the Operator Pro Plus is the use of VFDs, or variable frequency drives, that save on electrical consumption and reduce wear on pumps. VFDs are used instead of contactors to slowly ramp up the startup and shutdown of the pump. Instead of going from rest to full speed, VFDs gradually increase the speed of the pump when starting (and gradually decrease when turning off).
The Operator Pro Plus is a complete, ready-to-go unit with the equipment plumbed and wired. The list below shows some of the parts included with the system. Please note that while the unit itself is ready to operate, it will require installation work to be compatible with your existing infrastructure. It's recommended that you hire professional electricians and/or experienced technicians for installation and setup.
